Description:

Nordale L65 is a specially formulated self crosslinking modified natural latex
with good heat and water resistance.

Nordale L65 is used in the footwear and footwear component industries for
bonding of leathers, canvas etc. and also as a centrefold adhesive in the
manufacture of shoe strapping.

Typical Properties:

Appearance: Opaque milky white liquid

Odour: May be mildly Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin.

Viscosity: Thin liquid.

Specific gravity: Approx: 0.93

Coverage: 3-4 m2 per litre

Method of  Application:

To obtain the best results, the materials to be bonded should be dry,
clean and free from dust, grit, oil or grease.

 Using brush, roller or spray; apply an even coating to both surfaces to be
bonded.

 Allow the water to evaporate before bonding the materials. On absorbent
materials such as leather and canvas, bonding may be within a matter of
2-3 minutes of application. On non-absorbent materials a minimum of
15 minutes should be elapsed before the surfaces are bonded together.

 Contact bond the surfaces together using firm pressure.
