Description:

AQUENCE KL E3 is a high quality, high performance woodworking adhesive.

This product cross links to form strong durable bonds with excellent cold water resistance and heat resistance.

AQUENCE KL E3 also has good sandability and excellent adhesion to most common wood species.

Bonds prepared with this adhesive will withstand high stress areas such as chair manufacturing.

This product provides very good gap filling characteristics due to its high viscosity.

Suitable for edge gluing, veneering, joinery etc and conforms to BS EN 204 – Exposure group D3.

Directions for Use: 

AQUENCE KL E3 adhesive may by hand, brush or squeeze bottle or via powered roll glue spreader. Ensure all joints are an exact fit. Condition the timber, adhesive to a minimum of 18°C if possible.

 Ensure adhesive is stirred well prior to use.
 All surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil grease etc.
 Timber moisture content should be between 10% and 14%.
 Ambient and timber temperatures should be above 15°C (Do not use below 10°C)
 Can be applied using powered roll glue spreaders, air assisted airless spray equipment, brush, hand roller or extrusion.
 Is suitable for use with both hot and cold presses.
 Adhesive should be applied as a thin, even coating to one surface only. Parts should be combined, while the adhesive is wet, using good even pressure (30 to 130psi is recommended) until the adhesive has set.
 Parts should be clamped for 3 – 4 hours and will reach full strength in 24 – 48 hours dependant on the wood moisture content, temperature and humidity.

Clean Up: With water whilst wet.

Shelf Life: Best used within 12 months from date of manufacture when stored under the above conditions in the original unopened containers.
