Description:
NORDALE HI-BOND is a general purpose Poly Vinyl Acetate (PVAc) woodworking adhesive for bonding most hard and soft woods in joinery applications.
Suitable for use in Art & Craft applications for bonding paper, cardboard, fabric, felt etc.
Meets composition requirements of US FDA 21CFR175.105 “Indirect Food Additives: Adhesives and Components of Coatings”. This adhesive is also gluten allergen free.

Viscosity: Approx. 5500 cP at 23°C
Solids: Approx. 48 %

Directions for Use:
NORDALE HI-BOND is supplied ready to use and may be applied by spray, brush, extrusion or roller.
Ensure adhesive is stirred well prior to use.
All surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil grease etc.
Timber moisture content should be between 8% and 14%.
Timber and Ambient temperatures should be above 15°C for use.
Adhesive should be applied as a thin even coat to one surface only.
Parts should be combined whilst adhesive is wet using good even pressure (30 – 130 psi).
Parts should be clamped for 3 – 4 hours and will reach full strength in 24 – 48 hours dependant on the moisture contentof timber, temperature and humidity.
Clean Up: With water whilst wet.
Storage and Handling: Please read the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product BEFORE use.
Shelf Life: Best used within 12 months from date of manufacture when stored under the TDS conditions in the original unopened containers.
