Description:

Trouble shooting grade Acrylic/EVA blend for paper converting applications where good adhesion and flexibility are the prime requirements – High speed packet, glue-lap, case & carton making, window/foil film to paper & board.

Good adhesion to paper coatings, most films and foils.

This adhesive is gluten allergen free.

Odour: Low when wet, dries odourless
Viscosity: Approx. 3500 cP at 23°C
Solids: Approx. 54%
pH: Approx. 5.0

Directions for Use:

AQUENCE FB 3558 is supplied ready to use and generally applied by direct transfer from roller, wheel and rotary stencil applicators.

This adhesive has excellent adhesion to difficult surfaces such as lacquered, printed and laminated boards.

This adhesive features excellent machining properties.

The final bond improves up to one week.

The final bond has good heat and humidity resistance.

Incompatible with some metals resulting in gelling.

Stainless steel pipes and fittings should be used with this product.

Clean Up: With water whilst wet.

Shelf Life: Best used within 6 months from date of manufacture when stored under the above conditions in the original unopened containers.
